Racquel Lee-Sin, grants manager, joined the Foundation in January 2011, and is responsible for the oversight and administration of the Foundation's grantmaking information systems. In addition, Racquel also provides quality control for the execution of the Foundation’s grantmaking procedures.

Prior to joining Healthcare Georgia Foundation, Racquel served as the fiscal sponsorship manager for The Miami Foundation, where she was in charge of the Foundation’s fiscal sponsorship program and fiscal agency partnership with the Knight Foundation. Before her work with The Miami Foundation, Racquel served as the grants administrator for Baptist Health South Florida, where she was responsible for overseeing all pre and post activities for government and research related grants. Racquel was also the grants administrator for Washington Mutual's South East Region, where, in 2006, she was selected as a Hull Fellow with the Southeastern Council of Foundations.

Racquel attended Florida International University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Masters in Public Administration.
