2020 Call for Topics Submission Form

We welcome your topic suggestions for our Connections conference set for March 30-31, 2020 in Atlanta. Please submit your suggestion(s) by Friday, July 12, 2019.  

     

    1. Which “place” setting does your topic address?* (Please complete only one topic for each form you submit)

    2. Topic suggestion* – please note: your topic idea should not exceed 250 characters.

      Examples: 1) Developing a culturally competent behavioral healthcare workforce to address health inequities and to improve access to care; 2) Policy solutions to address maternal mortality health disparities among African-American women.

    3. Speaker suggestion(s) for the selected topic.

    Please note: Submitting a conference topic does not obligate or guarantee you to a speaking role at Connections 2020.
