Community Health Improvement Goals
- To create collaboratively determined programs, venues and pathways
where all stakeholders work together to increase knowledge and appropriate utilization of
medical and educational resources - To increase appropriate utilization of medical and educational resources
among those that have historically been under-served - To increase social connectedness and enhanced community fellowship
among Lumpkin County residents and create a community that works together to
continuously improve the health and quality of life for all individuals and families in Lumpkin County.
The [Lumpkin] community needs assessment identified “Fellowship” as the most important aspect of a healthy community.
