Session Description:
This program will introduce participants to the problem and impact of cancer treatment and outcome disparities in minority, rural, and medically underserved populations. Participants will learn about efforts to improve cancer care in those populations, how to communicate the importance of adequate care, barriers to treatment, and examples of success in reducing disparities.
