Session Description:
This program features a discussion on the function of RAC Audit E/M Documentation. John Beard vibrantly shares insight into various levels of information on consultation for physicians and providers, including audit results and trends in medical coding. The presentation also incorporates the components of E&M levels, such as History of Present Illness (HPI) guidelines. Viewers will also receive information on the key documentation components for coders.
