Session Description:
This program will discuss new challenges and recent changes in the area of mental healthcare in Georgia. The presenter will address some immediate problems and discuss quick communication solutions to those issues. This program serves as an introduction to the 2012 Mental Health Series.

Session Objectives:
Participants will learn how to:

  1. Discuss recent changes in Mental Health Care
  2. Describe new expectations and services (briefly)
  3. Define the immediate problem
  4. Offer quick communication solutions
  5. Introduce upcoming Mental Health Care webinar series for health care professionals
