Foundation to convene GA grantees, community partners

On March 28 and 29, 2018, Healthcare Georgia Foundation will host its eighth statewide convening of grantees, partners, and community leaders at Connections 2018.  The conference theme is Pathways to Health and Equitable Communities, and will be held at the Westin Buckhead Atlanta. The event will also feature the 2018 recipients of the Joseph D. Greene Community Service Award.

Conference attendees will be using the Foundation’s new mobile app to navigate conference sessions that include rural hospitals stability and telehealth, food security, organizational and collaboration capacity building, media messaging and health equity, cultural and linguistic factors in health equity and addressing gaps in clinical care and community services.
