EmpowerHealth is a Healthcare Georgia Foundation Capacity Building Grant Program. The goal of EmpowerHealth is to help health nonprofits strengthen their organizational capacity and to improve the ability of both staff and board members to operate at an optimal level to provide better results.

In September 2016, the Foundation partnered with nationally recognized TCC Group to help implement the EmpowerHealth Grant Program.  At the core of the program is the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT), TCC Group’s evidence-based organizational assessment instrument.
