Meet Our Community Health Coalitions

In June 2017, Healthcare Georgia Foundation awarded $770,000 in grants to 11 nonprofit organizations listed below to establish local coalitions to develop Community Health Improvement Plans.  The Foundation has awarded  an additional $1,100,000 in  grant funding to to each coalition to implement their respective plans.
